These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and betcup ("betcup," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the betcup online gaming platform accessible at betcup.app and all associated services, features, content, and functionality (collectively, the "Platform").

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of betcup, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the betcup Platform or any other gaming platform operated by betcup or its affiliates.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other applicable regulatory authority.

betcup reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, or other official document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or termination.

To access the full functionality of the betcup Platform, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration process, and to update such information promptly if it changes.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) betcup account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Notify betcup immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using a shared or public device;
• Not allow any other person to access or use your betcup account on your behalf.

betcup will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified betcup of unauthorized access in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms.

betcup processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals made through the Platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
• Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. betcup reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Deposits are generally credited to your betcup account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. betcup is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. betcup may require you to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. betcup reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals to alternative payment methods.
• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. betcup will endeavor to process approved withdrawal requests within three (3) to five (5) business days, though actual receipt of funds may depend on your bank or e-wallet provider.
• betcup reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the Player.

betcup may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. betcup reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at the expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited.
• betcup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotional terms. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate betcup's bonus or promotional system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.

All games available on the betcup Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

betcup uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed within the live game interface.

betcup reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed:

• As a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault;
• After the relevant event or game round has concluded;
• In circumstances where the odds or game parameters were clearly displayed in error;
• In connection with any suspected fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game or bet, the records maintained by betcup's gaming system shall be the definitive reference. betcup's decision on all gameplay disputes is final, subject to the complaints procedure set out in these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betcup Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any other unlawful source;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betcup staff, other players, or any third party in connection with the Platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to betcup's systems, servers, or databases;
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without betcup's prior written consent.

All content on the betcup Platform — including but not limited to the betcup name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, software, source code, game content, graphics, images, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of betcup or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;

• Losses arising from events beyond betcup's reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Where betcup's liability cannot be excluded by law, betcup's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your betcup account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betcup's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

betcup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and your access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if betcup reasonably believes that you have:

• Breached any provision of these Terms;
• Provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time;
• Engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct in connection with the Platform;
• Failed to satisfy betcup's KYC or age verification requirements;
• Become subject to a self-exclusion order or regulatory restriction.

You may close your betcup account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply following the termination of your account.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betcup's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

betcup operates in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction of residence.
